These "one time buy EAs" simply stop working after time. The reasons for this are, that many EAs are unable to evolve with the market and EA developers lose the incentive to keep their products up to date. We are passionate about our EAs and work very hard to keep them profitable. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you do not need to renew your license once it expires. Standard support comes with each product, but due to the number of emails we receive, we are unable to guarantee a speedy response. Delays can be upward of 3 days, sometimes longer.
